Business Manager

The business manager is responsible for the operational, administrative and financial functions of the Practice, assisted by the heads of the various sections such as IT/Systems, General Office, Reception, Nursing and Dispensary

General Office

The general office deals with enquiries about hospital referrals, medicals and insurance reports.

The general office is open between 09:30 and 16:30 Monday to Friday. The office is closed between 12:30 and 13:30.

Please do not ring the general office to make appointments or deal with medication queries as they are not equipped for these matters.


Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
